Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing.
Pricing questions
Is there a monthly option?
Not at the moment. All plans are billed yearly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us at hello@redacted.co.nz and we'll move you to the plan that fits.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for, and then stops renewing. Requests already sent stay with the brokers. We don't send new ones after your plan ends.
Do family members need their own account?
Yes. Each person accepts an invitation, signs up and gives their own authority. That's what lets us act for them, and it keeps their details private from the plan owner.
